Nanny Search

I am looking to hire a new nanny starting September 4th and would like to make my decision before the second week of August. Finding a good nanny is a really difficult and stressful process so I am posting my needs in as many places as possible in hopes that my information will reach our perfect nanny.

Here is what I am looking for...
I need someone to work Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8am-4pm with some flexibility (e.g. some weeks I may need to switch around my work days and/or hours but I can guarantee at least 24 hours a week on non-holiday weeks). George just turned two and will be attending preschool on Tuesday's and Thursday's from 8:30-11:30am and our nanny would need to get him ready and drive him to and from school (they would use my car). Charlie is five months old and is really easy going. He naps in the morning and both boys nap at the same time (usually) in the afternoon. It is important to me that the person I hire is proactive, gels with our family, and has experience nannying kids (not just babysitting).
