George is asleep in his big boy bed as I type this! This picture was actually taken last week when I tried to put him down for his nap. He wasn't prepared to sleep in his bed and only stayed in it for about two minutes (I gave up after two tries and moved his crib back into his room). I know that one of the reasons that he wasn't ready for his bed last week was because he was still adapting to his new (earlier) schedule. I was planning on waiting until the end of this week before I tried his bed again because I wanted to give him another full week on the new schedule but he climbed out of his crib today and came walking downstairs calling for me and it really freaked me out so I committed to making his bed work tonight and moved his crib out. Lucky for me he was really tired tonight and fell asleep immediately but I am still excited that he is halfway through his first successful night of sleeping in his big boy bed.

I was watching Ruby on the video monitor yesterday during her nap; and noticed her exerting all kinds of effort to climb out.
