I took Charlie to Kiddie Kandids today for his one year photo shoot and am quite pleased with the results. The pictures aren't artsy or master photography by any means but I like doing the classic pics for birthday's and other milestones.
The blocks are the reason I decided to go to Kiddie Kandids as opposed to JCP. I did the same pose for George during his one year photo shoot and I like that Charlie also got to have a "C" in his.
The photographer kept trying to get Charlie to cross his ankles and though he is much more flexible than George was at this age he just couldn't do it. I like the way he has his hands resting on his legs.
I love how excitement fills his whole body in this pic.
This close up (below) is my favorite. Honestly, it doesn't get much cuter.
Charlie and I had a good time today and were actually able to do all this while George was at preschool. Hooray for preschool.

I love the chair photo. But for sentimental reasons I think the #1 block is my fav. He is so very handsome. I know he looks like he older than one but I still can't believe it!
