I got my flu shot yesterday and consequently spent much of today in bed with flu symptoms. I was really mad until I remembered that the reason I got a flu shot was because I spent nearly all of last winter fighting various colds (I know a cold isn't the same thing as the flu but I think I had the flu a few times as well) and promised myself that I would get a flu shot in preparation for this winter. So here's to hoping that this winter is flu free for me.

I am dreading the flu shot aftermath. I have postponed it for that very reason. I am gearing up this week. I need to just pick a day that I can go get it in the morning, and then come home and go right to bed. Maybe I can sleep through some of it??
I hope you are flu free as well, that's no fun!
