We tried to get George into a charter school this year and when we didn't get in we decided to enroll him in Challenger. However, at the end of his first week of school I got a call from the charter school letting me know that they had an opening in their half day kindergarten. Not what I wanted (I wanted full-day) but we decided to take it because it means that Charlie can attend their full-day program next year and that we are "in". So I juggled everything and enrolled George in morning kindergarten at Challenger and afternoon kindergarten at Channing Hall. I also hired someone to help me transport him from one school to the next (a process that included feeding him lunch and helping him change his uniform). It was crazy but George was really excited to be at Channing Hall so it was worth it. That craziness lasted three weeks, then late last week I got a call letting me know that they had an opening in their full-day kindergarten (cue halleluiah chorus). George was so excited he could hardly stand it and has done great this week. It was a long process but now we have him where we wanted him in the first place and luckily George has been a really good sport about all of the changes.

I love George!!! I am so glad that they all get to go to school together. Serious divine intervention. :)
George is one awesome kid, and I think everyone should include a ninja pose whenever possible.
