We met my mom at Heise for a camping, swimming, and eating lots of good food weekend.
This was our campsite (from left to right): Us (complete with Paul jumping for joy), The Gardner's (who rigged a sound machine in their tent so that Mona could take naps), and the Herway's.
Thanks to the awesome Aunt Bridgette, Charlie learned to "swim" with his life jacket on

We spent our last evening at the Mountain River Ranch which included an old west shootout, a wagon ride, dinner, and a variety show. It was a pretty entertaining evening.

Our crazy loud group. Each table had to sing in a competition to determine who would eat first. We won, thanks to Paul's impromptu jig and Darci's willingness to give away her first born.

Paul stole the show with his kazoo solo. It was awesome!

Paul was awesome -- he is a professional kazoo player!!
I do not know your husband very well and that makes me sad. Kazoo skills?! I see how he reeled you in. Your family is so awesome! And I love cousin love! I wish we were closer to my nephews and neice. We need more holding hands cousins.
