toy stand

More phone pics because I was too lazy to walk inside and get the camera which makes it sound like a simple task which it wouldn't have been because our house has been torn up for months and I don't know where anything is.

This "toy stand" was a dream come true for George. He has been wanting to do a stand of some sort for years. George was outside at 8:30am yelling at the top of his lungs "Toy Sale. We've got animals!" I was so embarrassed I had to go inside. Then Charlie joined in on the fun and George had him "guard" the toys while he went to all of the houses with kids on our street and told them about the sale. They were outside for about an hour before they got their first sale and at one point they came in and grabbed a loaf of banana bread that I had baked the day before because they thought the smell would attract some customers. They ended up selling nearly everything (all junk) and made around 50 cents each. They had fun and got the whole "have some sort of a stand" thing out of their system.
