Discovery Gateway Preschool

Since George dropped out of preschool (still need to post the whole story) we decided to join Lara and the three youngest Herway kids at the Discovery Gateway Children's Museum each Tuesday. We play and then attend their 30 minute preschool class.

Letty Lou playing with Legos at the light table
George and Zane at the magnet board. This thing is really cool. There are a bunch of tubes attached to magnets that the kids use to construct an obstacle course for ping pong balls.
Not only is this little guy incredibly adorable but his personality just melts your heart.
Maestro George
and Charlie
The teacher read The Very Hungry Caterpillar and then the kids were able to paint their own caterpillar.
Charlie was able to try his hand at painting for the first time and I literally had to drag him away kicking and screaming when it was time to go.

Love the pictures! You got some darn cute kids there. Can't wait to hear about the preschool situation. I didn't peg you for a home schooler but hey, whatever works!

What a cool museum. I hope they have something like that wherever I move.

Good job finding something educational to do with your kids every week. I need to find something like that.

Your boys are SO photogenic. It helps to have good looking parents, but wow, they are model material. :)
