The boys played with Charlie's new play-doh ice cream shop (thanks Lara) and did a great job sharing, taking turns, and all that hard stuff.
Then we met friends at the aquarium where Charlie wore a cap because he didn't want me to brush his hair before we left and George made friends with a sting ray and hasn't stopped talking about it.
Charlie, Scarlet, & George
The boys wrapped up the evening playing in the club house that Nana made for Charlie's birthday. It is a card table tent and was so fun to make. Inspiration for Charlie's tent was borrowed from here, here, and here.

I miss your cute boys! I love you George and Charlie! Love, Aunt Lori
That's amazing! You're mom made that?! I posted the frosting recipe. :)
I love those boys. When did Charlie become a toddler? Why am I just realizing this?
Charlie isn't a toddler he is kid. Brauer is a toddler. Duh. And the boys are so cute. I am glad they loved the play doh thing. It was all Scarlet's doing.
So I know this puts me in the mean mom category, but I wanted to get that play doh thing for Andrew but couldn't because I can't HANDLE mixing play doh colors. Time to let it go, right?
Okay, first, I have to comment on the play-doh ice cream shop. One of my sister in laws gave it to my kids and they loved it but I have to admit that after a few months, it "disappeared" into the goodwill box while they were at school. (a common occurrence for all things play-doh at our house).
Secondly, way to go Nana! His play house turned out great and I hope he likes it as much as my girls have liked theirs.
Your boys are so sweet and I love the photos you are capturing of them together.
Play-doh is usually only done twice before it gets chucked at our house so way to go on getting fabulous photos of your boys. And that tent is adorable.
SO CUTE! I've been waiting to see that clubhouse and it totally exceeded my expectations. Your Mom is so talented, I love it!
I'd like to adopt your mom as my children's grandma.
Yum...Play doh never looked so good! That tent is amazing. What a great idea. We also went to the aquarium this past week and it was way fun. Ezra LOVED the stingrays and hasn't quit talking about them either.
i would have licked that play-doh ice cream
My kids love play-dough too! That looks like a fun set! The tent is darling. That would be a fun "Relief Society Meeting" craft. If only I could sew...
Will you pretty please be in charge of photographing my kids while they play? You capture everything to beautifully!
I love the intense looks of concentration while playing with the play doh. The tent is amazing, how much fun!
I really want to go to an ice cream shop now!! Love the tent!!! I am sure that sting ray really is friends with George. And last but not least, go Charlie. Combing your hair is over-rated - that is the reason why they have hats. I miss you two scrunchie boys!!
