Our Hebgen Lake trip was packed into a single day this year but we definitely made the most of it. My fun aunts and cousins let us play with them for a day and we had an amazing time. Plus we got to spend some time with my Grandma and Grandpa Hall which always buoys me up but is extra special in a cool nostalgic way when that time is spent at Hebgen Lake.
The most amazing part of the day for me was when George told my Aunt Jan that he wanted to learn to water ski. I actually tried to talk him out of it but he was determined to give it a try. My Aunt Jan and I got in the water with him and while Jan was providing some instruction we got this little George-ism:

After a handful of tries with the skis, George gave knee boarding a go and made a nice loop around the lake. I was very proud.
